It is something you must do, taking a Felucca down the Nile when visiting Egypt. What is Felucca? Feluccas are sail boats that have been used on the Nile since antiquity. In Cairo and Alexandria, you can take short sunset sails or you can opt for longer cruises which usually depart from Aswan.
It is not quite as a luxury cruise that comfortable ship done with a Felucca, but in a quiet rig nothing can beat sailing that was designed thousands years ago.
